The UK’s leading provider of powered access hire, Nationwide Platforms, relaunched its industry leading Working at Height trade show and conference for 2022 to great success.
The event took place on 7th September 2022 at the 5-Star Celtic Manor Resort and ICC in Newport Wales, where industry professionals gathered to share best practices and listen to the expert panellists, with sustainability being a key theme discussed throughout.
Manufacturers, including Dingli, Niftylift, AlmaCrawler, JLG, Skyjack and Bravi also exhibited some of their latest products and equipment.
Visitors were privy to exclusive demonstrations of new innovative products, including Nationwide Platforms' ground-breaking Harness ON; the smart “seatbelt” designed to prevent falls from height by prohibiting the MEWP from moving until the operator is safely connected.
Paul Rankin, Managing Director of Nationwide Platforms said, “It was fantastic to have so many industry professionals reunite for Working at Height 2022, with the theme of ‘Delivering Change Together’.
“We had a wonderful day discussing the challenges and opportunities in the industry, especially from our brilliant panel who had some valuable insights from their varying roles and perspectives.
“Our priority at Nationwide Platforms is always ensuring people can work in the safest conditions possible, and Working at Height the perfect place to share our latest innovations, and come together as an industry to reinforce best practices.”
