Nationwide Platforms can provide guidance in the effective management of powered access equipment on your site, including long-term technical support and risk management strategies. 

In the first six months of 2015 the Technical Services team has:

  • Handled over 22,680 calls 
  • Upheld an eight minute average response time of each reported issue, at which point the estimated time of arrival will be provided to the site via text message 
  • Resolved over 20% of operator related issues over the phone to ensure no downtime is encountered and maximizing up time on the job

Through our technical and commercial expertise we can partner you in reaching working at height best practice and improving business performance through solutions that reduce costs and improve safety.

We know we can only keep you safe in the workplace by delivering the right solutions, in the right place, at the right time. 

To make that happen we invest, train and develop the largest team of engineers in the access industry. In order ensure the highest level of customer service we will be providing our mobile engineers with Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs) in 2015, which will improve on time appointments and delivered services UK wide. 

We also offer a wide range of bespoke “Tool Box Talks” specifically designed to address concerns our customers may have. 
TechX is our commitment to achieving the very best in all of our operations and engineering activities. This initiative is dedicated to achieving technical excellence and world leading standards across every one of workshops, offices and depots.

Since its introduction in 2008 it has helped drive best practice and transform the look and feel of our workshops and depots across the business. Following the success of TechX, we further reinforced this commitment by introducing TechX2020, which is our dedication to achieving excellence not only in operations and engineering, but in everything we do. We have also pledged that all of our workshops achieve a minimum Gold status by the end of 2015.

This newly enhanced programme will help us to drive consistent improvements across the organisation, ensuring that our clients benefit from the same high standards of reliability and quality wherever and whenever we’re required to serve them.
