The Position
As a Telesales Executive you will:
- Proactively contact existing and new customers with the objective of generating revenue.
- Focus on outbound telesales within the business-to-business sector,
- concentrating on companies who have future requirements for powered access equipment.
- Update client information and record all sales activity; responsible for an allocated region.
- Work closely and develop a close relationship in order to improve regional revenue and profitability.
- Carry out market research including customer surveys; provide support for field sales activity and assist in the inbound central desk hire at times of high call volume.
The Person
The ideal candidate will have 1 year Telesales or high volume environment, computer literate and an excellent telephone manner and the ability to build rapport quickly with customers, be able to demonstrate a professional approach to Customer Services through a friendly and polite manner, ensuring accuracy of information and ensuring that customers are fully aware of any problem with their order, confidence to seek out further selling opportunities and demonstrate highly effective negotiation skills, to possess personal qualities which are demonstrated through enthusiasm, personality, self motivation
