The Position
As a Sales Executive you will:
- Managing an account portfolio
- Achieve revenue growth against agreed targets
- Complete and update account management sheets
- Adhere to Quality Management Procedures regarding sales enquiries
- Complete weekly planners and call reports
- Carry out site surveys as required, in accordance with Health and Safety requirements
- Assist customers with risk assessments and method statements as required
- Target new business
- Ensure customer service and customer expectations are exceeded for both internal and external customers
- Deal with all customer queries quickly, efficiently and cost effectively
The Person
Demonstrate a successful record of achievement in selling in a B2B service sector company, demonstrate highly effective negotiation skills that ensure that either the business is won on commercial terms or that if lost, it will be at a significantly reduced market value to the competitor, demonstrate the creation of sustainable relationships through personal interaction with customers that build brand loyalty to the Company, proactive individual with high standards of doing business, ability to establish credibility and be decisive but also able to recognise and support the preferences and priorities of the organisation, strong communication skills; both verbal and written, results-orientated but with the ability to balance with other business considerations
