Training

The Academy is a specialist function dedicated to the training and development of our UK workforce and our customers. The department is made up of training consultants that work with internal employees and customers to implement all their training needs. In addition to this, an administration and co-ordination unit captures processes and analyses the training delivered.

Main Duties:

  • Maintaining effective and efficient systems for all Academy administration processes.
  • Delivering a high level of customer services at all times.
  • Recording training, developing activities accurately and issuing course joining instructions.
  • Maintaining and improving all courses.
  • Abiding by correct Health and Safety processes during training.
  • Delivering training to a high standard.
  • Working with HR & Training colleagues to develop course evaluations & feedback.
  • Ensuring effective co-ordination, support and management is maintained mutually throughout the team so that training standards are maintained.

  • Apprentice Training Administrator.
  • Training Administrator.
  • Training Officer.
  • Training Service Team Leader.

European Training Support Officer

Location: Lutterworth
Salary: £16,000 - £18,000

 We have an exciting opportunity based at our Head office in Lutterworth for a bi- lingual European Training Support Officer.  The main purpose of this role is to provide administrative and co-ordination support for Internal and External Training programmes delivered through the Lavendon Academy. You will be the first point of contact and specifically support our Businesses in Germany, France and Belgium.
