Sales & Marketing

The Sales & Marketing Department aim to maintain and develop existing business and to identify and create additional customers. The department aims to maximise revenues against agreed targets through development of the existing customer base and new business across all products within the Lavendon Group.


Main Duties:

  • Ensuring sales targets are met.
  • Retaining the existing customer base and working towards targeting new business.
  • Carrying out site surverys and adhering to Health and Safety requirements.
  • Logging and responding to all enquiries, continually reviewing and updating a customer’s status to enable management reporting.
  • Maintaining full knowledge of the company and its products.
  • Ensuring the company is fully accessible and is marketed to its full potential, for example through our websites and media publicity, in order to gain interest from possible customers.
  • Producing case studies, press releases and photographic opportunities to be used both internally and for external publication.
