Logistics & Operations
Two roles lie within Logistics & Operations. Logistics maintains the day to day flow of products from point of origin to point of use. The Operations department ensures that legal requirements regarding the hire and use of the machine meet Health & Safety laws, as well as the company’s own policies and the satisfaction levels of our customers.
Main Duties:
- Developing and implementing planned maintenance strategies.
- Maintaining our unique routing and mapping facilities, as well as managing our fully trained drivers and planners.
- Abiding by technical process improvements.
- Maintaining engineering capability.
- Developments and resource profiling.
- Fleet maintenance and service.
- Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company policies and procedures.
- Contributing to the overall operating systems ensuring continuous compliance.
- Maintaining efficiency and professionalism when dealing with customer satisfaction including complaints.
Roles include:
- Technical Support Administrator.
- Technical Support Co-ordinator.
- Operations Controller and QHSE Manager.

Lenny is a Workshop Service Manager at our Glasgow Depot. He has been with the company for nearly 11 years. He started as an engineer before his promotion in 2009 to manager.

Donna is the Transport Co-ordinator for our Oldbury depot, and has been with the company since 2008. Donna started in Hire Desk control, before being given the opportunity for progression.
