IT

The main aim of the IT department is to help fellow employees complete their jobs more effectively through the use of technology. This includes providing training in the latest hardware, smart phones, tablets, virtualisation, internet development and eCommerce.

Main Duties:

  • Producing codes and designing applications for use in the workplace.
  • Maintaining and producing changes to IT processes and systems.
  • Providing end-user IT support, in all aspects ie. hardware, software and network infrastructure.
  • Designing, developing and implemeneting the group wide internet and intranet platforms & solutions.
  • Participating in the devlopment of new policies for the management of IT across Europe.
  • Adopting and implementing new IT policies. 

Roles include:

  • IT Support Engineer.
  • IT Support Team leader.
  • Web Manager.
  • Group IT Project Manager.

Role: Workshop Service Manager

Lenny is a Workshop Service Manager at our Glasgow Depot. He has been with the company for nearly 11 years. He started as an engineer before his promotion in 2009 to manager.

Cat is the manager of our Kent Depot and has been with the company since 2009. She says she enjoys the variety the company offers and credits her brilliant team and fantastic training in helping her to develop further in her career.

Role: Transport Co-Ordinator

"A challenging, yet rewarding role within the Company. I enjoy the day to day challenges of this position, which keeps me motivated. Reaching targets each month makes it very rewarding."

Donna is the Transport Co-ordinator for our Oldbury depot, and has been with the company since 2008. Donna started in Hire Desk control, before being given the opportunity for progression.
