General Management
The main aims of a management role are to effectively manage the business development and operating requirements of a defined business area to deliver the company’s goals in terms of profitability and market leadership.
Main Duties:
- Defining and agreeing annual business plans.
- Planning & delivering targets that generate financial & business results consistent with both the UK and Group's long-term business objectives.
- Direct, develop, motivate and support all direct reports ensuring business objectives are met.
- Optimise the structure of the business to obtain maximum sales & efficiencies.
- Establish a strong people management practice.
