Clerical/Admin

The clerical and administrative roles are spread widely across the company. Every department relies on administrators to support the overall organisation and efficiency of each office.

Main Duties:

Dealing with new and existing customers.
Supporting the rest of the team when colleagues are absent or unwell.
Organising and maintaining filing systems.
Organising meetings and arranging email correspondence for other team members.
Writing correspondence & sorting mail.

Roles include:

Fleet & Transport administration.
Purchase Ledger.
Credit control.
HR Administration.
