Clerical/Admin
The clerical and administrative roles are spread widely across the company. Every department relies on administrators to support the overall organisation and efficiency of each office.
Main Duties:
- Dealing with new and existing customers.
- Supporting the rest of the team when colleagues are absent or unwell.
- Organising and maintaining filing systems.
- Organising meetings and arranging email correspondence for other team members.
- Writing correspondence & sorting mail.
Roles include:
- Fleet & Transport administration.
- Purchase Ledger.
- Credit control.
- HR Administration.

Lenny is a Workshop Service Manager at our Glasgow Depot. He has been with the company for nearly 11 years. He started as an engineer before his promotion in 2009 to manager.
