Brief:

  • To develop a Bespoke Powered Access Management System for one of the tallest warehouses in the UK
  • Ensure the guaranteed availability of high quality equipment supported by 24/7 service backup.
  • Provide Material Handling Attachment (MHA) systems to install materials at over 38m
  • Education of Working at Height Best Practice to site operatives.

Our Response:

  • We work to find MHA solutions for sub contractors' material handling challenges
  • Our entrapment solution is fitted to a number of boom lifts working in racking
  • One of our fully-trained engineers  is allocated to the site for daily maintenance
  • Our training team provide completed programme of Toolbox Talks and IPAF training

Result:

  • All sub contractors received Best Practice Tool Box Talks
  • Rapid response to downtime, saving subcontractors over £50K against benchmark
  • Material Handling Attachments (MHAs) made pipe installation possible and effective, saving £100k in labour on alternative methods
